A PUBLIC HEARING HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THE 2025/2026 PROPOSED CITY OF POST BUDGET. This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $66,311.47 or 6.3%, and of that amount $10,000 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

4.     EXECUTIVE SESSION- “The City Council will convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.”

5.     CONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION

6.     DISCUSS/APPROVE TO CONSIDER CONTRACT FOR 401(a) RETIREMENT FOR CITY MANAGER
