At this time comments will be taken from citizens on any subject matter that is on the agenda.  All comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes for each speaker. As specified in the Texas Open Meetings Act, any deliberation of, or decision about a subject not included on the current meeting notice shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting. 2.     DISCUSS/APPROVE TO TAKE ACTION ON ADOPTING A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE D.R.P (DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROGRAM) GRANT
