The City Council of the City of Post will consider in public hearing a request for the rezoning of Lots 1-16, Block 16, Lots 1-15, Block 17, and the North 76’ of Lots 1, 2, 3 and Lots 4-14, Block 18 (being all of Blocks 16, 17, and 18), Original Town of Post, City of Post, Garza County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways, to change from R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) to R-2 (Multifamily Residential District).
