OPENING

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

CALL TO ORDER

CITIZENS COMMENT

At this time comments will be taken from citizens on any subject matter that is on the agenda.  All comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes for each speaker. As specified in the Texas Open Meetings Act, any deliberation of, or decision about a subject not included on the current meeting notice shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting. Speakers shall not and are not permitted to make personal or impertinent remarks or use vulgar, profane, inflammatory, slanderous, or defamatory language.  No action can be taken on an item not specified on the current agenda. 

OPEN REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AND ACTION TAKEN IF NECESSARY:

1.     DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PROPOSED UPDATES TO THE REVISED 2026 CITY EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL POLICY

2.     DISCUSS AND CONSIDER AWARDING OR REJECTING BIDS FOR BALLPARK SIDEWALKS

3.     DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE TO CONSOLIDATE AND UPDATE FEES AND LANGUAGE FOR SANITATION, WATER RATES, SEWER, AND DUMPSTER RATES INTO ONE ORDINANCE, AND TO SET WATER AND SEWER RATES FOR THE DALBY UNIT TO MEET STATE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.

4.     UPDATE FROM SHERIFF ISBELL REGARDING AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES

5.     CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA:

·       APPROVE MINUTES FROM MEETING HELD DECEMBER 2025

·       APPROVE INVOICES RECEIVED FROM CITY HALL FOR DECEMBER 2025- SUBJECT TO THE APPOVAL OF THE COMMITTEE
