Notice of Public Hearing on Rezoning

Notice is herby given that The City Council of the City of Post will consider in public hearing a request for the rezoning of Lots 1-16, Block 16, Lots 1-15, Block 17, and the North 76’ of Lots 1, 2, 3 and Lots 4-14, Block 18 (being all of Blocks 16, 17, and 18), Original Town of Post, City of Post, Garza County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways, to change from R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) to R-2 (Multifamily Residential District).

Vicinity: East of N. Avenue Q, West of N. Avenue N, South of W. 14th Street, North of W. 13th Street

Street Addresses: 512, 508, 602, 604, 610, 614, 708, 710, and 716 W. 13th Street,  509, 505, 515, 609, 611, 615, 707, 709, and 715 W. 14th Street, 501 and 510 N. Avenue P, 513 and 515 N. Avenue O, and 507 and 515 N. Avenue N
