No, you cannot take care of your husband’s/wife’s ticket. Only the person who received the citation or their attorney may enter a plea.
However, once a plea has been entered and arrangements have been made, anyone may make the payments.

Yes. Defendants who are not contesting their citation can pay their fines with a credit / debit card online. A minimum convenience fee of 3.5% will apply. You may make partial payments online only if you have an approved payment plan in place with the court.
