Please upload a drawn diagram of the property showing all utility locations and all property lines. A picture of the structure will have to be submitted for all move-ins. Failure to submit diagram or picture will result in us denying application.
Include materials and labor.
This permit becomes null & void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 6 months or if the work is not completed within 24 months from the date of issuance of the permit. The city is to be notified for all inspections prior to the work being covered up. No changes in work shall be made without obtaining approval from the city. All new construction must have a set of plans of work to be done. Permit must be issued prior to work being commenced.
